To launch our new community-facilitated workshop series\, Certified Holistic Health Counselor and instructor with UT’s informal classes program\, Sarah Dwyer\, will conduct a hands-on workshop on inexpensive\, easy ways to incorporate raw greens into an everyday diet. Sarah will tailor the information to participants’ specific nutritional needs\, and she will send participants home with recipes and the confidence to make them.
